This is an awesome recipe. I only had pork steaks instead of loin chops, but otherwise I didn't change a thing. My husband said it was Sunday Dinner with company good. The rhubarb and the bread cubes carmelize during the cooking and are a wonderful compliment to the pork. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could.

This was very good soup. I followed other reviewers tips and used tomato sauce and a 15 ounce can of tomatoes. It looked very pretty in the jar with the bullion at the bottom as some reviewers recommended. I would have given it 5 strs, but it was not "knock your socks off good".
