Corn Casserole III
I MADE THIS FOR CHRISTMAS DINER AND EVERYONE LOVED IT! I ADDED AN EGG TO IT AND IT TURNED OUT GREAT. IT TASTES SWEET LIKE A DESERT. WILL MAKE AGAIN. VERY EASY! EVEN THE PICKY 2YR. OLDS LIKED THIS!!

Garlic Creamed Chicken
I BROWNED THE CHICKEN IN SKILLET BEFORE BAKING. I SERVED OVER SPAGETTI WHICH WAS TOSSED WITH BROCOLI AND OLIVE OIL. NEXT TIME I WILL THIN THE SAUCE WITH MILK BEFORE BAKING. IT WAS TOO THICK OVER THE PASTA. I WILL PROBABLY ADD SLICED MUSHROOMS TO THE SAUCE AS WELL.

Boiled Peanuts
I LOVE BOILED PEANUTS. I USE A FEW SPOONFULS OF SOY SAUCE TO FLAVOR THE WATER(A TRICK I LEARNED DOWN SOUTH). IT ALWAYS TAKES 6-8 HOURS FOR MY PEANUTS TO COOK. I HAVE TO KEEP ADDING MORE FLAVORED WATER AS IT COOKS OUT.
