I've been cooking since I was a little girl. My aunt gave me my first cook book when I was eight years old. Loved watching my aunt and grandmother cook everything from scratch. Meat!! Lamb, Pork, Beef and even some Mutton!! yumm! Baking is fun too. Cakes, muffins, cupcakes, whatever the husband wants at that moment. I love to learn how to cook new things. Thanks to my Indonesian husband, I now know how to cook some Asian dishes! My grandmother was an amazing cook and I enjoyed watching her do her magic when I was little. Her sour cream sugar cookies were the best. And from what I heard my grandmother's mother (who was German) was an even better cook and we have saved even her recipes. My aunt is definitely next in line of great cooks in our family. She cooks three meals almost everyday! Her pies are the best because she even makes the crust.
