Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
I can't understand why anyone would have given this less than a 5-star rating. Delicious recipe, ready in no time. I made this as a late night snack. The portions are ok if doing dollar pancakes. I followed the advice on less salt, I heated up the milk and added a little vanilla. And I used egg beaters instead of real eggs. I also added a bit more sugar too (accidentally) but it came out perfectly. In fact, no syrup needed. The pancakes were moist and fluffy and simply delicious. I cooked and at them in 15 mintues. I'm definitely saving this one!
