exceptional! Thanks for a good "old fashioned" recipe for sure. I am actually rating this recipe as is, with no changes believe it or not... :) If you make these, DON'T change anything. Here's a good hint for ANY pancake recipe though, if you want to add just a little spice: Sometimes when I make these I add about half teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice. Sometimes I don't! Try it, you might like it a lot. It doesn't change the recipe, just adds something if you like cinnamon flavor.

Really really good. I think depending on your oven you will have to adjust the time as with anything. I am high elevation so I stuck with the temp but only cooked for 12 minutes and they were perfect. The only thing I would recommend as far as assembly is a "healthy dose" of flour on your surface and maybe breaking pieces off the size you want and rolling out with your hands like a rope then flattening just a tad to about the 1/4" size. Just made it easier for me. BUT, the recipe itself and the taste and texture were wonderful! Thanks for sharing
