Baked Tofu Bites
I'm normally not a fan of tofu, but using extra firm tofu in this recipe, and then saving the marinade to use as a dipping sauce - wow! The result was better than I had expected. Just plonk a small jar of toothpicks and a dipping well in the center, and you have a great little appetizer plate.

Perfect Rib Roast
I made this for Christmas, and everyone enjoyed it. However, with so much cayenne, this is definitely an adult taste. You may wish to adjust for younger people, or those that don't go for spicy foods. The drippings made a fantastic gravy.
