Baby Back Ribs
This recipe is similar to one I just made tonight but in that recipe you boil the ribs for 45 minutes (as others have stated), place the ribs in a glass pan (I used a 9 x 13), pour a jar of bar-b-que sauce on top of the ribs, cover with foil & refrigerate overnight. The next day, cook the covered ribs in a 250 degree oven for 3 hours; remove the foil and place under broiler for just a few minutes. The ribs are "fall off the bone" tender & no one will believe how easy they were to make.

Chocolate Orange Cookies
Great cookie! I made eight Christmas cookies this year & this was the favorite. However, I made the entire cookie orange -- adding two tablespoons of orange zest and orange extract to the dough -- and dipped half the cookie in melted semi-sweet chocolate. Not only did the cookie taste great, it looked great too.
