I really love to try ne things. I love to cook for my family and friends. My fav. reipe is a lovely salmon phyllo with a white wine sauce. my greates triumph in the kitchen was my first full meat.It was mothers day and i was 10 Being an only child and in a single parent home i wanted to surprise my mom. She was working and arrived home to roast chicken garlic roast potato's and broccoli w/cheese sauce.It was nothing amazing or anything but it started my love for food and feeding my family. It was a very large deck party I had 3 bbq's going and i have put off to the side and was checking on the things that were in then I have tin foil pouches in one and was turning the regularly and tending to them I had so many things on the go i did not know what was bbq smell and what was BURNING. It was not till we sat down to eat that i found all of the thngs in foil had burned.It was aweful. But the chinese food and what did not burn was great...... Lesson learned
