Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing
Ohmigod. I made this for Thanksgiving and I couldn't stop eating it. Usually the stuffing I have had is too salty and just plain gross. However, this stuff is so good. It's worth the extra 30 minutes on the treadmill.

Potato Pancakes
This is excellent. However, it could use a little more salt, but that's just my opinion. Sour cream goes great with it!
