This was pretty darn close to what I remember when I was in Germany for 4 years, real tender and flavorful but not as strong as the real thing, still real good though. Prost!

Baked Pork Chops I
Very tender, I used the thick pork chops, took a little longer to cook. All I had was chicken condensed soup so used that. When it's time to add that mixture to the pork chops I would suggest draining the pan you dont' need all that oil. This is a good recipe for tender pork chops. Thank you for sharing this!

Cheesy Stuffed Shells
Very yummy!, although I did not use the ricotta cheese, instead used a cup of mozzarella and 1/3 cups of half and half. The sauce I used was 1 jar and 1/2 of Pasta Sauce by "Classico" comes in a glass jar, very good. This one I'll be doing again for my family, no doubt. Thanks for sharing this!
