We really liked the concept and healthfulness of this dish. I will admit that I substituted Italian seasoning and garlic for the cajun seasoning and onion, respectively. I also omitted the butter to make it a bit lighter, and the chicken was still moist and very flavorful. Unlike other reviewers, I had no problem securing the breasts with the toothpicks. I will definitely make this again. Thanks!

This banana bread is unreal. Dense, moist, flavorful and perfectly sweet. My boyfriend and family raved! =) I added chocolate chips, but will try it without them next time. I wanted muffins, so I halved the recipe and got 10 standard sized muffins. Will absolutely be making this one again!

Incredible. I must admit that I did tweak this recipe slightly according to what I had on hand: I used Fiber One cereal rather than bran flakes, I added only about 2/3 c. skim milk, and I replaced the brown sugar with 1/4 c. honey. For being so healthy and low calorie, these muffins were super. Thanks for the great recipe!
