I made exactly per the recipe and enjoyed the brownies, but next time will tinker with the ingredients. While they were good, the could have been less oily. I'm definitely making these again, but will sub some/all oil for Earth Balance non-hydrogenated spread.

These are tasty and easy. I dry roasted them without oil, and they turned out nice and crunchy. Excellent alternative to other, higher fat crunchy snacks.

I received rave reviews from BF on these cookies. They were very easy and quick to make. To alleviate the problem of overly-sticky dough mentioned by some reviewers, I threw the dough in the freezer for 15 minutes prior to scooping and rolling in the sugar mixture. Had no trouble at all by doing this. I used yellow cake mix and added crushed gingerbread cookies to my batter. Great!
