Janet's Rich Banana Bread
I'm not sure I get what the hype is about this one. I will definitely be going back to my old recipe. Like others my bread also came out burnt on the sides and bottom. It is also much sweeter than I prefer, if I were to try it again, I think I would cut back the sugar and maybe do 1/2 white 1/2 brown sugar. But I will stick with my other one for now.
