Rosemary Pork Chops
Oh this was good.
Lovely recipe, very moist delicious meat. Will make again
I did make a few small adjustments though.
Like others, I seared the meat first, and I covered the dish I was baking them in, and I did include the marinade.
Once it got hot enough I removed half the marinade - and used it as a base for a gravy to go with the chops. Added about a cup of water so it wasn't too rich.
