About this Cook
My husband is in the Marines,so that makes me a military wife. We have twin girls together named Emily and Alisan. They are currently 4 years old. They will turn 5 in July. I love baking so much, when mygirls go to school, I plan to go to culinary school, my dream is to be a wedding cake designer.
My favorite things to cook
I love to try new recipies! I am always baking cookies and brownies and anything that sounds or looks good to me. I guess I like to bake deserts best! but I also like to experement with dinner...
My favorite family cooking traditions
Making pizza's twice a month! my girls love to get involved.
My cooking triumphs
I dont really have one.
My cooking tragedies
Once i burned a hardboiled egg(which was completly emerged in water...) haha.. I have no idea how that happened.... I guess maybe I added salt to the water and put an egg right on top of the salt.. so oops...

Chicken Broccoli Shells
I have made this recipie twice. The first time I followed the directions completly, and it was great! The second time I changed a few minor things. I added Montery Jack cheese and I used cheesy white ragu sauce instead of alfredo. I also used fresh brocolli and boiled it till it was soft. It also came out great.
