These are great if you are looking for quick and easy. However, to make it a 5 star recipe, go the extra mile and try the Bacon Water Chestnut Wraps recipe on this site. It's kicked up a notch with a great sauce. You gotta love a recipe with 2 ingredients that can be microwaved!

YUM! These were a huge hit. We prepared them as the recipe said and they were very tasty. I read another review that said they put them on a wire rack and that sounds like good idea and will try that next time. Thanks for such a yummy treat!

This was very yummy! I read some of the reviews ahead of time, and I really believe that to get the best flavor is to use the half & half and heavy cream. I added some celery and a small amount of chicken broth, but followed eveything else exactly and it came out perfect! Served it in bread bowls and had zero leftovers!
