Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

I love this dish! The reason I rated it a 4 is because I had to alter it a bit. Maybe my crock-pot cooks fast, but I add the soup, butter, dry italian dressing, the chicken, and a can of water first so the chicken doesn't dry out. Then I add the cream cheese like the recipe says.

Double Layer Pumpkin Pie

This is really really yummy! The only thing was I made it as well as the chocolate trifle and EVERYBODY preferred the chocolate trifle so I had a lot left over, but it was still great!

Shrimp Lemon Pepper Linguini

This is a great dish! I'm not a big shrimp lover, but this is fabulous! The only thing I did was add a little bit of heavy whipping cream to make the sauce thicker.

Chocolate Trifle

FABULOUS! I borrowed a few other ideas. I made my own whipped cream to add to the chocolate pudding mixture. I used 1/2 pint of heavy whipping cream and put it in my mixer on high until I thought the consistency was sufficient. I also used the french vanilla whipped topping for the middle and top of the trifle. I made this for Easter and everybody RAVED about it!
