I'm a junior in high school and an aspiring pastry chef. I love to make cakes and pies. Starting tarts. Every year I make meals for my mother for mother's day. I make breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. I love finding new recipes I know she'll love. Ugh. I once made a lemon pound cake and It wasn't cooked all the way through. I served it to a couple of my mother's friends and they said they liked it but I'm pretty sure they were just saying it to make me feel better. It was embarrassing.
