I have been craving some good New York style cheesecake since moving to the west coast 3 years ago. This was perfect. I used a water bath and only mixed until smooth. I'm at high altitude and I made the recipe to a T and did not have any problems. Perfect texture, great flavor. Everyone who tried it, loved it!

I was so pleasantly surprised with this recipe! I made them for our sedar and I got RAVE reviews! Guests who were invited who weren't even Jewish thought they were the best brownies ever! I did make them the day before with the icing and all. They were moist and delish!
