Creamy PHILLY Pesto Chicken
So easy & so delicious! I served it over rice, and even my picky family loved it!

Apple Crisp III
This recipe was perfect for the occasion. I followed it exactly as far as ingredients. After 40 minutes, it still wasn't done, so I did a total of 50 minutes, and that worked great. Yummy! Would have been great with vanilla ice-cream, too!

Catfish Creole
I've made this several times now, and it always turns out great. I make it just as the recipe says except that I use tilapia instead of catfish. The flavors blend wonderfully, and it goes great over rice. Even my 3-year-old will eat it. Yum!
