Pecan Pie Bars II
Disappointing. These taste okay but the texture is very cake-like, not like a bar at all. The "crust" is very difficult to spread out and they turned out very sticky and gooey. I won't make them again - other non-cake mix pecan pie bars are much better.

Holiday Cranberry Salad
Very good!! Not too sweet and not too tart! I let the cranberries and pineapple drain in the fridge overnight and added 2/3 can of cherry pie filling that I had left over from another recipe, which made it a nice pink color. Tasty!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake
Very good cheesecake. The first time I made it, it cracked. The second time I made it,I made the following changes: I sprayed the sides of the springform pan with Pam and only used a mixer for the cream cheese and then mixed in everything else by hand. It came out perfect - no cracks!!
