Chantal's New York Cheesecake
Very good cheesecake. The first time I made it, it cracked. The second time I made it,I made the following changes: I sprayed the sides of the springform pan with Pam and only used a mixer for the cream cheese and then mixed in everything else by hand. It came out perfect - no cracks!!
