I was so happy to find this recipe for cream corn. I used it in my pate chinois and it totaly kid it up a couple of notches!!! Also, it is one of the rare times I followed a recipe to the "T" without reading the reviews before and it was perfect as is!

Ham and Chicken Casserole

This is soooo good! My 10 yr old calls it a keeper. It's a simple dish, but it tastes amazing! It will be in our rotation for sure!

Quick and Easy Brownies

These are very very good! My two boys and husband had their eyes rolling in the back of their head with every bite. They do taste better the day after. But if you are looking for something quick, these are great.

Marble Swirl Pound Cake

This is a no fail cake. Very easy to make and sooooo good!! I did reduce the amount of flour by half a cup like others suggested. I've mad it twice now and both times it turned out perfect!

Frosted Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

This cheesecake was amazing. It was very easy to make. My husband and two boys loved it. I used Oreo cookie crumbs instead of the chocolate wafers and it was very good. I will definitely make this cheesecake again.
