Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies

Awesome cookies! I used two bananas that were very ripe, and they turned out great! The texture is very cake-like. I will be making these again for sure!

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

I added cinnamon, a dash of nutmeg, and some vanilla. I also mixed most of the liquid with the apples and then brushed some on the top crust. I did cheat with the crust and bought the pre-made one at the grocery store rather than making my own. This was my first attempt at homemade apple pie and it turned out excellent!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

AWESOME!! I made two batches, one as a tester and then one to take to a party. For the second batch I refrigerated the dough overnight and they came out much better!! My cookies did flatten, alot of the reviews said they they don't but both of my batches did... But they were still VERY good!

The Whole Jar of Peanut Butter Cookies

I thought they were a little dry. Would have been better with chocolate chips or something. I used Smuckers Natural PB, perhaps that it why they were dry, maybe they need the preservatives in the regular PB.

Key Lime Pie VII

Very easy to make! Strong lime flavor! Like other reviewers I did not get the tiny pinholes. I baked for 10 minutes and then removed from the oven. The garlic press came in handy to juice all those limes! It took about 30-35 limes to get the 3/4 cup.

I only used 3 1/2 cups milk because that is all that would fit in my blender. It could have been a little thicker, but I enjoyed it. I will probably make these again.

Awesome! These were a big hit with the whole family! The only thing I omitted was the walnuts. I will definitely be making these again. Next time I will try substituting half the oil with applesauce.

Cinnamon Rolls I

They smelled wonderful and tasted good, however my dough never raised. I am wondering if it is because I used bread machine yeast and put it in the warm water like the recipe calls for. I will probably try again without soaking the yeast next time. They were still edible, and reminded me of pecan spins.

Ham Bone Soup

Very good! I used a very meaty hambone so there was lots of ham. I also only used a half of an onion undiced because the hubby is picky and doesn't like onions. Great use of leftover ham!

Took a couple batches to get these the right size. But even the fat flatter ones still came out decent. The dough needs to be refrigerated longer than a half an hour. Might make these again next Halloween.

Zucchini Bread IV

Following the advice of some other reviews, I substituted 1/2 of the oil for applesauce. I also used half of what the recipes called for of cinnamon because the applesauce had some. I omitted the nuts b/c I was out. The bread turned out great! Next time I plan to try the crumb topping that others have suggested.
