This was a big hit at my workplace (where they will eat anything) and at the school fundraiser (where they had to pay for the desserts, and these sold out). While the spicey scent makes them perfect in the fall, they are good enough to serve year 'round. I made them just as directed.

Good pie, the family really liked it. If I make it again though, I'll double the recipe (it was a little skimpy in the pie pan). Also, as previous reviewers suggest, a chocolate cookie or graham cracker crust would be better. It was very easy (I melted the kisses and cream in the micro). Be sure to thoroughly chill to make cutting easier.

Very rich! Great reviews from family. It needed a little longer in my oven to set up (5 more minutes). Also, I used a little corn starch and vanilla in the meringe, which also worked well. I'm already getting requests to make another!
