Christmas Breakfast Casserole
I made this for a carry in at work and it disappeared very quickly and I could hear a lot of compliments as my co-workers were eating. I also decreased the milk to 2 cups and added more bacon and an additional egg and it turned out wonderful. I may just make this for Christmas morning.

Zippy Potato Soup
This is what potato soup is supposed to taste like. We had to use dried parsley and yellow mustard and we didn't have any Worcestershire sauce but it was awesome anyway.It was so good, we made it for dinner 2 nights in a row.

Strawberry Romaine Salad I
I took this salad to work for one of our birthday carry-ins. It was gone within the hour and everyone loved it. I made it exactly as the recipe called except for the poppy seeds - I didn't have any. It was just wonderful. I made a smaller one for at home and it disappeared just as quickly. Easy and quick. Wonderful.
