Unbelievable Chicken
Very good. I followed the recipe exactly and everyone loved the chicken. I had the chicken in the marinade for 8 hours ... may do an overnight "soak" next time for even more flavor.

Dinah's Baked Scallops

Antipasto Pasta Salad
This is a winner every time I serve this pasta salad. I do buy bottled balsamic dressing to save on time though.
