I thought it was good, but does not compare to a baked cheesecake, which I think is so much better. This recipe would be good for the holidays because it can serve many and also, if your kitchen is anything like mine during the holidays with the oven always on, you can serve an extra dessert without the oven going constantly. For an excellent lemon cheesecake, my go to recipe is "Sunsational Cheesecake" from the Philadelphia Cream Cheese cookbook.

My husband and I loved this dish. I made it exactly as written and found it to be easy and tasty. I'll be making it several times. Added note: When my daughter came by, I gave her some to take home. She called the next day asking if I had any more. She loved it.

This is an excellent recipe. I did use slightly more than a 1/3 cup of jam because my family likes a lot of fruit flavor. I just coated the crust layer generously. I will be making these often. Thanks for sharing!
