10 Pound Cheesecake
I thought it was good, but does not compare to a baked cheesecake, which I think is so much better. This recipe would be good for the holidays because it can serve many and also, if your kitchen is anything like mine during the holidays with the oven always on, you can serve an extra dessert without the oven going constantly. For an excellent lemon cheesecake, my go to recipe is "Sunsational Cheesecake" from the Philadelphia Cream Cheese cookbook.
