Pasta e Olio
I made this with the recipe Garlic Chicken Fried Chicken. It was nicely complimentary with the chicken. I grew up in an italian household, but this was never on our menu. I'm not sure why not, because it was really good! Subtly flavored, not overpowering. You could probably add more spice if you are looking for stronger flavor and it would turn out fine, but I liked it just the way it is! My kids loved it,too.
