I've just recently started making my own things...mostly because I've found myself wanting things that I can't find a recipe for exactly what I'm looking for. I usually/used to just follow whatever a recipe told me to do. I was looking for a dish that used to be served at Olive Garden that was an angel hair pasta with a balsamic marinara and could be topped with chicken. In my search (which I never did find what I was looking for) I decided to try it out on my own. Although it wasn't exactly what I was going for, it sure did taste good!! Even my kids ate it up!
