Holiday Cranberry Chutney
This is a wonderful dish. i cut back on sugar as some have suggested. To make it a bit spicy I added a pinch of red chilli powder. Those of us that like spicy food enjoyed it.

Indian Dahl with Spinach
Looks good. A bit of change in cooking. After butter melts add mustard seeds first. Let tem pop then add cumin seeds,let them brown, then add onins.
