Brown Sugar Meatloaf
We made a few "blow-out edition" alterations to this brown sugar meatloaf by substituting french-fried onions and breadcrumbs in place of onion and crackers and then in the last 10 minutes of baking spread a layer of mashed potatoes on top and another layer of shredded cheddar cheese. Balanced out with a green salad with balsamic vinagrette, we are heartily satisfied!
