Vegan Chocolate Cake
I loved this recipe and have made it several times. I took it to a baby shower and it was gone in no time!! I made only one change and that was adding 1/3 cup cocoa powder. I tried my hand at vegan frosting. I mixed raspberry (seedless) jam, soy (stick) margarine & powdered sugar frosting. I thought it complemented it well. I decorated with some berries.
