Company Chicken Pasta Salad with Grapes
4 stars, as it dries out over night. Taste is fantastic. I use a rotiserrie chicken from supermarket deli & red and green grapes for color variation.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
Even my husband, who turned up his nose when I told him what was for dinner, thought this was yummy! Easy to make.

All Day Apple Butter
This recipe is delish! The worst part is the peeling, coring & chunking up. I set it up about 8pm & take the cover off about 6am, then let it cook down for about 2 hours. Stirring it with a wire whisk really helps with the texture. I've done with all white sugar & half white/half brown. Both are awesome. Freezes well.
