Baked Potato Soup I
We made this exactly as it is written. This was thick, rich and very filling. Tastes great the first day, and reheats well and tastes great the second day too. It does a take a bit longer to cook than expected, so make sure to allow for a bit of extra time.

Pumpkin Bread IV
Loved this bread! I always was on the lookout for a great Pumpkin Bread recipe and this is it. To cut down on fat, I did equal parts vegetable oil and applesauce to make up the amount called for in the recipe.

Old Fashioned Potato Salad
This was the first time I made Potato Salad (although, I have eaten my fair share!) I thought this was a great, easy recipe to follow. If you have a preference of relish, sweet vs. dill, adjust the recipe accordingly.
