Fresh Apricot Crisp
OMG ..so perfect. Sweet , tart, crunchy, with vanilla ice cream on top. Family loved it!

Pineapple Beets
Loved it, had fresh beets... boiled first and then sliced.. used crushed pineapple. It was yummy warm and cold the next day!
