I made this exactly as posted, and it is very bland. Maybe a good base recipe; but definately is lacking flavor and seasoning. I don't think I'll bother trying it again, even with changes

Very good recipe. I separated the eggs as some users recommended. Cripy on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside. The flavor needed to be a little sweeter, I will double the sugar and vanilla next time.
