Incredible Potato Casserole
I've been making a similar recipe for years! I just love it! My recipe uses the hash brown and not the potatoes, so I will have to try it with real potatoes. Also, I use cream of chicken soup instead of the mushroom, but I think you can sub any kind of cream of something soup for this recipe. I also use whatever onions that I have on hand. And for the topping, I use Rice Krispies. I love this recipe. It it always a hit!

Fresh Pear Crisp
I'm going to give this one a 3 stars - it wasn't horrible, but not what I was looking for in a crisp. I like it a bit sweeter, so I would definitly add more sugar. And the "crisp" part, was a bit too crisp for me. I have tried other recipes where the crisp is a bit chewier. I was looking for a pear crisp recipe, but I think next time I will just use my good ol' apple crisp recipe and use pears instead.

Quick and Easy Yorkshire Pudding
Wow! These were delicious! They were, as the title says, quick and easy. I was a bit worried at first, as I left the butter melt for 5 minutes. When I took out the muffin tray, the butter was very brown and had a strange smell. BUT they turned out terrific! I will definitly make these again! Thanks!
