This recipe is pretty bland. I followed the recipe exactly the first time. The second time, I used 1/2 C mayo, 1/2 C sour cream and 1/2 C buttermilk per other reviews. It was still a little bland. The search continues for a tangier ranch dressing.

Cajun Chicken Pasta

One of my favorite recipes - I've made it several times now. I use half/half instead of heavy cream (just add a little corn starch), omit the mushrooms, and use frozen peppers and onions. Made it for my mom once and now she makes it at least twice a month.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Huge hit and easy to make! This soup has tons of flavor. Next time I'm going to make twice as much and freeze it in individual containers for lunches or quick dinners during the week.

Man-Lovin' Potatoes

I'm getting ready to make this for the 4th time. I get lots of compliments each time I make them - kids, men, women all love them. They never turn out dry as another reviewer stated. Excellent recipe with lots of possibilities if you want to add a few things to make it your own!
