Life is busy. I am married, and have a son in Jr high. We all drag race, which takes up most of our time. We have 3 dogs, and our own business. I try to make family meals that are easy, good, and good for us.
My favorite things to cook
Pulled pork and coleslaw. Lemon pie. Potato soup. Chicken Ceasar Salad. Chili. 2 weeks worth of Breakfast burritos in high fiber tortillas. Granny's Chocolate Chip Cookies. BBQ'd veggies.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Big BBQ's for fathers day, Mrs. Whetmore's NutFudge Cake (OMG!), homemade cranberry sauce at Thanksgiving.

I made ladybug cupcakes for my girlfriends daughters birthday, they were too cute!

I get in a hurry; my beans and my potatoes are usually still crunchy...
