Mother of two children, 16 and 6. Wife of 20 years~this year! We have two horses, Tennesse Walker and Spotted Saddle. Love taking photos of the outdoors, and my family (including the horses!) Venison and fish! My mother cooked Banquet chicken and mac and cheese. Therefore, my husband had to eat a lot of "unsuccessful" dishes! Cheesecakes...for some reason, I can really cook various cheesecakes~especially, white chocolate cheesecake! First recipe I recieved from my mother in law was a chocolate cream pie recipe...she said put the filling in the pie shell....she never said cook the pie shell first!! Embarrassing...my new husband said, "did you cook the crust first?" I blamed her for not giving me thorough instructions!
