Best Yet Turkey Chili
Outstanding example of a classic turkey chili; super simple and delicious. I put a little extra spice to gie it a little zing. Play with amounts of chili powder to get it just to your taste.

Chicken with Lemon-Caper Sauce
An outstanding, classic and simple dish. A must-know recipe which employs basic techniques that every cook should know. That's why I used it when teaching my 9-year old daughter to cook. Cheers, Jim

Simple Pasta Salad
I made this pasta salad for my wife and daughters: Great & Simple. I seeded roma tomatoes as well as peeled/seeded the cucumbers. I'd recommend adding a fistful of black olives. Original feeds twelve ,but for my family of four it means leftovers better than the original:)
