Hi, my names Jonathan i'm A professionally qualified chef (Hetac lvl 7) and have been working in the Hospitality industry for over 7 years now. I'm also currently studying a Bachelor degree in Culinary Arts in Business.

Chicken oysters wrapped in Bacon Braised in a spicy tomato sauce, whipped buttery mash potatoes, shredded stir fried cabbage.
Home made Beef Lasagna, hand cut chips, salad.
Rich Spaghetti Bolognese (made with chuck steak)
Homemade 8oz beef burger in a floury bap, topped with young cheddar cheese, hand cut chips, Ballymaloe relish and a salad.
Mild Chicken curry, Rice, Toasted naan bread.
Steak and kidney casserole, buttery mash- Pure soul/comfort food.
Smoked seafood/fish Chowder, creamy rich and absolute heaven..

Garlic Croutons - for salads and soups etc. I keep forgetting about them them in the oven and they burn :(
Burnt a Pot of smoked fish Chowder at the restaurant the other day.. was not amused
