Great for crock pots! I used a whole jar of salsa, extra chicken (uncooked), added tex mex bean salad (beans, corn, tomatoes, spices, ect) from the deli,and I used chicken broth instead of water. I threw it all in and simmered it on low, adding sour cream when I served it.
For leftovers, I used the chicken in wraps with a chopotle sourcream, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and tomato tortillas. Yum, Yum! The chicken is so tender from the crockpot.
