Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting
Delicious! I actually didn't have enough PB on-hand, so used only a half cup of PB. To make up for the shortage, I added a spoonful of Nutella and a dollop of whipped cream cheese for some added flavor. Excellent turn-out! My son and I couldn't stop licking the bowl and mixer ;-)

Party Punch IX
Everyone loved this punch at my Dad's 60th surprise party. I split each recipe into 3 gallon size freezer bags. About 3 hours before you plan on serving, put a bag in the fridge to start softening. Then, as you make a new batch pull another bag out of the freezer to start thawing on the counter. To help break up the chunks, use a potato masher.

Cocktail Meatballs
These were a total hit at the last 2 parties I had! When I was planning the menu for my Dad's 60th, I got specific requests for these meatballs. I take the easy route and buy bags of pre-made Swedish-style meatballs from BJ's wholesale club ($9.99 a bag). They work like a charm!
