Spareribs Cantonese
I cooked the ribs for 45 minutes at 350.After removing the foil, I cooked them for another 45 min.I thought they were overcooked. The flavor was good, but the burned on mess in the pan was awful. I had to soak the pan overnight. This recipe was not worth the clean up.

Shrimp Scampi with Linguini
I made no changes to the recipe. My husband and I both thought it was too lemony. If I make it again, I would only use a tablespoon of lemon juice,

Maple Salmon
I don't like fish and don't care for maple syrup except on pancakes, BUT this recipe was GREAT !!! Next time I will make more so that I can have seconds.
