Delicious soft sugar cookie! Dough is very easy to roll out and work with. I love that that you don't have to chill the dough before rolling out!

I made this recipe exactly as submitted, (I can't stand when someone rates a recipe poorly when they change everything about it). I was concerned it would be bland without any spices added. Was I ever wrong. This is the best apple pie I have ever had. It is apples with caramel in a crust. You must try this recipe!
