Baked Eggs
I had leftover evaporated milk from another recipe, looked to see what was available for evaporated milk and found this. It is very good.....nothing fancy, but good. I added mushrooms, chopped green onions, fresh parsley and cubed colby cheese because its what I had on hand. Fluffs up very high and falls quickly. Good texture though.

Antipasto Pasta Salad
This is excellent! Made it for my daughters lunch for school. She made sure I packed it everyday. Stuck to the recipe except; instead of dry salad dressing mix and balsamic vinegar I used Newmans Light Balsamic Vinegrette. I also used fresh herbs. The Asagio cheese makes the whole dish come together in my opinion. Already on the menu for next week! Thanks!
