YUM, these are so good, the only change i made was i use half reg. chocolate chips, and half white chocolate chips. at first hubby and my oldest daughter were complaining they were not going to like them, hubby says he does not like coconut, and oldest daughter says she does not like cherries, well let me tell you they both loved these, so much so that when i woke up this am, they were all gone. they were up watching a movie late and ate every crum. thank you for a great recipe, i will be making these often, and i will be sure to hide some so i can eat more too.

Oatmeal Pancakes II

I just made these for dinner, they were so good, i did make 2 changes, first i really dont like buttermilk all that much, so i just used reg. milk, then the next change was actually an accident, i grabbed the almond extract, which was right next to my vanillia, and did not realize it till it was too late. they were really good with the almond. I also doubled the recipe, and in the last half of batter i added sliced banana's and choc. chips for the kids. they loved them both ways. i will definatly be making these again. thank you

Crispy and Creamy Doughnuts

WOW, these are so good. very fluffy and soft. My kids even said they were better than dunkin dounuts.even the glaze is delsih. thank you for a super awsome recipe.

Refreshing Summer Orzo Salad

Yummy, I loved this salad. it was a hit at yesterday's foruth of July celebartion. very easy to make. the only change i made was i had to use regular feta as my local store did not have the flavored. Yumm. thanks Prell for a great salad

Waffles I

This was a good recipe. i followed recipe as written, except i did add some fresh blueberries to half the batter. I also cooked them in a belgim waffle maker as that is all i have. they were nice and fluffy,and had great flavor.

Easy Pancakes

I made these for dinner tonight. i followed recipe except reduced baking powder like suggested. i also added choc. chips to half the batch. i really did not think they were all that great. they were very thin, not really light and fluffy like i like. i dont think i will make this recipe again.

Chicken Chimichangas with Green Sauce

these were very good, i did make few changes. i added fresh cilantro to the green sauce, and to the filling i added green onion, black olives and some crushed red pepper flakes for extra kick. then i deep fried them. i did have some trouble keeping them together in the fryer, so they looked kinda funny and messy, but they were really really good. thanks for a great recipe

Summer Salmon Skewers

This was really good. i was a little scared of the mint at first, I was not sure the flav. combo would work, but wanted to make it as written to give it a fair review. I have to say i loved the mint in the mix, it was delish. the only thing i found was that we used the metal skewers for some and because we could not find all of them, we cooked some of the strips in foil on grill. Once the salmon was cooked, it was nice and flakey and hard to remove form skewers without crumbling. next time i will just use the foil. thanks for a great recipe

Doughnut Muffins

These were really good. i just made them for breakfast this am, and only have 1 left, eveyone loved them. They went so good with my morning coffee. they kids loved them. the only thing i will do differntly next time, is about half way threw cooking, i will sprinkle the cinn and sugar topping on while batter is still moist because it really did not stick well when they were all cooked. very yummy, quick treat for kiddos in am, thank you

Sweet 'N' Sour Pork Chops

Ok so i am not a huge lover of pork chops. i dont hate them, but they are not my fav. anyway i had some that needed to be cooked, so i chose this, and it was really good. Hubby and i really enjoyed it,I the sauce has great flavor, and the orange adds that little bit extra, yumm. but it was not a hit with the kids. I did not make any changes. i will be making this again, but with chicken, and i will be sure that kiddos have something else to eat. thanks for good recipe

Banana Crumb Muffins

these were delicious. the only changes i made were i added a splash of vanillia to the batter. i also added chopped walnuts. everyone loved them. will be making these alot. thanks for a great recipe

Sugar Cookie Frosting

ok i am not really a frosting lover, i find it to sweet, but my daughter loved it, and hubby stoped home on break and said it was awsome. it was very easy to make and spread on the cookies.

Black Bean And Corn Salad II

I thought this was so super yummy, i did reduce the amount of oil, and added more garlic than called for. i also topped with crumbled feta. yummy. i only gave it 4 stars because i am the only one who loved it, kids and hubby said it was just OK.

Antipasto Pasta Salad

this was a very good pasta salad. I loved the dressing, the hint of balsalmic is delish. it was also a big hit with the kids and hubby. this is definatly going to be my go to past salad. thank you for a great recipe

Volcano Pancake

this was ok, but way too much butter. I will make again as the kids thought it was neat and they loved the name, but next time i will use half the amount of butter called for. I also obmitted the cheese as suggested in headline, and toped with powdered sugar, then syrup and whipped cream.

Creamy Lemonade Pie

I followed recipe exaclty as written and left in frige for over 4 hours, i found it to be quite soft, did not hold up to well. the flavor was OK, but not super lemony, more sweet, kids were not huge fans either.

Artichoke and Shrimp Linguine

This was very good, the only thing i found was that the final sauce was just a little to thin, so i put everything back in the pot and boiled, stirring constantly to reduce the sauce and make it thicker. My kids loved it so much that i have no left overs, and it makes a lot. thanks for the great recipe

Pesto Cheesy Chicken Rolls

This was so good. I did not have mozz. cheese, so i used sharp cheddar and some grated parm with ramoano chesse. I was worried it may be too greasy, but it was so good, the cheddar gave it a nice bite. I also toped with the remaining pesto. fantastic. even kids loved it.
