About this Cook
I am a stay at home mom of 4 kids. 2 boys and 2 girls. I enjoy putting good healthy food on the table for my family. I like to try new things and thankfully my family enjoys trying new things!
My favorite things to cook
Swedish meatballs with gravy
My cooking triumphs
Homemade chicken noodle soup with homemade noodles! YUM
My cooking tragedies
Because my mom is such a great cook I never had the chance to cook much. So when I was married ( at 18) I couldn't cook one thing.. not even kraft mac n cheese. When I tried to make it I didn't even have all the stuff.. I thought everything was in the box and had no milk or butter.. needless to say we had PB and J for dinner :)

Chicken Milano
Followed the recipe just as written. Amazing. My whole family loved it. I have 4 kids, 14,9,5,3 and they all liked it. Only thing was that they didn't really care for the sun dried tomatoes and picked them off to the side, which made me think to chop them super fine next time so they eat them. I doubled the recipe to serve 8 . Will for sure make it again!

Chicken and Dumplings III
Great flavor and the sauce base was wonderful. My only issue is that the refrigerated biscuts were kind of heavy and slimey. I took them out and made the old stand by of the bisquick ones and that was so much better! Nice and Light and fluffy!

Taco Soup II
great comfort food. I added corn and I also did not drain the beans. I used kidney beans only since that is the kind my kids like the best. I chopped up corn tortilla's into "noodles" and added them 5 min before we ate dinner.. YUM O
