Carrot Cake III
WONDERFULL!! I used half the sugar (Splenda) and NO oil, but sub'd freshed pineapple pureed w/a little applesauce (still chunky). No nuts instead I used raisens...hate to make changed, but I always sub oil and dropped the nuts because I was feeding 3 babies/toddlers. I just sprinkled the topw/ powdered sugar...YUMMY!

Frosted Banana Bars
VERY GOOD! I made these for breakfast for my 3 young(18 mo, 18 mo and 28 mo)children and they loved it. I decreased the sugar to 3/4 cup and used fatfree sour cream. Cooked in a 9 x 13 for 30 min and drizzled icing over them (1 T ff cream chz, 1/2 T milk and 3 T powered sugar). They were good!!
