Creamy Goat Cheese and Honey
YUMMY! I made these for a baby shower and they were a huge hit!! Everyone wanted the recipe. I made 1 inch balls and smaller and arranged them in a (pretty) pile on a plate. Some guest ate the whole ball while others spread them on crackers or fruit.

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole
Served with ham on Xmas Eve and whole family loved it! Used all FF sour cream and frozen corn (hate the way canned corn smells). Also, Jiffy brand cornbread is the correct size, the bagged kind dont have enough.

Mashed Potato 'n' Parsnip
I loved it, but my twin 2 yr olds and 4 year old didnt care for it at all. Too bad because I really enjoyed it. Great way to used parsnips and good change from mashed potatos!
