I love to cook...but I must admit...I only cook from recipes with pictures. I will never try to free hand a meal again. That is how my meat loaf disaster occured. I love this site, and I love to try new recipes. Three cheers for allrecipes. For 20 years I have always hosted the family Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners, preparing the same foods my dear mother taught me. I have since passed that tradition down to my niece. The big laugh about my cooking was when "my own dogs" would't even eat my meat loaf. That was twenty years ago. Have not attemped one since... until now. And once I made French Onion Soup and my husband said you could blow bubbles with the cheese there was too much..lol. >^..^
