Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way
ok, so I made this tonight for our turkey dinner and I had 12 guest. WOW, it was a hit!!! so, so, sooooo juicy! I had a 26 pound turkey (yes, I wanted major leftovers :) ), so I doubled the seasoning. But considering I woke up at 4am and still needed to find a recipe that I already had everything for, I just skimmed through it while reading, Anyways, I thought it said to combine all the seasonings together and sprinkle the turkey. So I doubled everything and totally forgot the warm water step! I just added the boullion with the rest of the spices. Also, I didn't even just sprinkle with the seasoning salt, I added that to the all the spices. Covered the whole thing in a TON of butter, plus under the skin, then placed onion wedges (a whole white onion) and about 10 cloves of garlic. SO VERY YUMMY!!! Super easy and even better tasting!! Thanks so much Robin C., you helped make my Thanksgiving PERFECT!

Tasty 2-Step Chicken
We Loved this! I did season the chicken breast with garlic salt and pepper, then after I added the cream of chicken I added dried minced onion and fresh mushrooms and had to cover and simmer for about 15 - 20 minutes (considering my chicken breast were very thick). Very good, esp since I didn't have to go to the store and had all these ingredients!!

Restaurant Style Egg Drop Soup
omg!!! so good!! and so easy! i needed to go to the grocery store, but just didn't really want to and my 4 year old wanted soup, so i looked on AR and this is what i came up with that i knew she would love (she is part Vietnamese and eats like them, so soup is a favorite). the whole pot was gone with just my 2 kids and myself. the only thing i did different was i didn't have enough chicken broth. so i added 2 cans of chicken broth and one slightly bigger can of vegetable broth, added green onions instead and used 3 eggs with one egg yolk. VERY VERY GOOD!! for sure i will make this often!! thank you so much W.J. Cory!!
